How To Sing With Us
Our Purpose
We are dedicated to providing education and performance opportunities for young singers in Sonoma County.
Our Funding
Our work is made possible by the support of a single, remarkably generous donor—a long-time patron of the arts. This individual has a distinguished history of commissioning major operatic works and sponsoring performances by world-renowned artists, including Renée Fleming.
Our Performers
Since our founding, we’ve had the honor of presenting a vibrant and diverse group of young artists through our “pop-up” concerts, currently held at Penngrove Market. These performers include:
Gabe Adelman
Nico Alva
Lorenzo Alviso
Jonathen Blue
Andrew Cedeño
Molly Belle Hart
Beckett Hepp
Trevor Hoffman
Kaela Mariano
Tyler Ono
Laura Sandoval
Brayden Simmons-Ayala
Chase Thompson
Charlie Whitaker
…and many other emerging talents. All adult performers receive a modest stipend in appreciation of their work.
Our Plans
We are committed to presenting at least one event per quarter, ranging from large-scale productions to more intimate performances.
Our first official event was a masterclass with acclaimed mezzo-soprano Nikola Printz.
Looking ahead, our most ambitious event to date will take place on February 1, 2026, in partnership with the Green Music Center. Internationally celebrated mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato will perform Emily, a newly commissioned work by Pulitzer Prize-winning composer Kevin Puts. Inspired by the poetry of Emily Dickinson, Emily was written specifically for DiDonato and the dynamic string trio Time for Three (two violins and double bass). This 75-minute piece explores the emotional depths, vivid imagination, and raw intensity that Dickinson never shared publicly.
In addition to the performance, Ms. DiDonato—also a renowned vocal educator—will lead a public vocal masterclass as part of the event.
